Some portions of each Sunday's gathering may be missing... mainly because it has been impossible (even using modern technology) to recover what has been done "out of earshot" of the microphones.
There could be other reasons for non-availability... in the mean time, not available means exactly that.
A blank space could mean we are still working on it.
The files are in mp3 format. If you have a recent computer, you should have no difficulty in playing them. Right click the file you want, and select Save Target As from the menu.
If you have an older computer, you may need to download and install an "mp3 player" such as this one from Real Networks. Please click on the button below and install it if this is your situation...
You can download sound files from our weekly gatherings to hear and share the Word that God is working in our hearts.

For the technically minded...
In most cases the sound recording at the church has been carried out using a CuBase digital recording application on a laptop running MS Windows XP.
This is then exported as several Microsoft "Wave" files (uncompressed digital audio) using a USB "pen drive" to transfer the sound recording data to a dedicated computer (which uses the Open-Source Audio Editor called "Audacity" - and which runs on a "Linux" operating system), at another location.
The different sections of the church service are then seperated, normalised and converted into individual mp3 files, cleaned up where necessary, and finally uploaded to this server.
Why do we use mp3 files?
mp3 is a format in wide use, and is supported by many playing devices (not just by ipods) The file size is extremely small, in some cases one twelfth the size of a Windows wave file
Downloads take less time (which you and I both pay for) Less space is taken up on the storage computer here (which I pay for)
For those who might like to try their hand at digitising old sound cassettes (because they don't last for ever), please check out a page entitled "Audio recordings with a computer" here which suggests how you can go about it with the minimum of fuss and cost.
